I help mission-driven leaders interrupt the patterns keeping them stuck — so they can lead from groundedness instead of anxiety, advocate without self-abandonment, and build careers that sustain rather than deplete them.
With 30+ years leading teams at Microsoft, Nike, Starbucks, Columbia Sportswear, and Kaiser Permanente, I understand the pressure of high-stakes leadership environments. I've navigated the patterns of self-doubt, overthinking, and burnout that come with them — and learned how to interrupt those cycles.
Now, as an Co-Active trained, ICF-credentialed coach (ACC) with a master's in design from Carnegie Mellon and advanced certifications in Agile coaching, I work with analytical leaders and organizations to see and shift the patterns that keep them stuck.
I also serve as an adjunct career advisor at MIT Sloan and speak regularly for professional organizations about anxiety-driven leadership and how to lead from groundedness instead.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me knitting, hiking among trees in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, Steve, or reading with my cat curled up next to me.
